What is Coaching?
A coach is someone who partners with you to help you do things beyond what you thought you could do. They are your champion and challenge you to focus on what you really want to do. A coach can also help you:

Coaching is not therapy. Therapy is typically rooted in the past while coaching is a solution based process that is focused on the future. Yes, sometimes coaching can go deep but only to help remove the blocks that are holding you back. A coach does not give you the answers but helps you uncover them. Coaching is going from good to GREAT!!!
How does the Coaching process work?
Coaching sessions are typically done on the phone. Each session is 60 minutes long. Email support is provided in between sessions and there is occassionally homework for the client before the next session.
